Welcome to Yellow Star Connect! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Yellow Star Connect mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services"). By creating an account, downloading the App, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the App or Services.

1. Eligibility

To use Yellow Star Connect, you must: 1. Be at least 18 years old. 2. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. 3. Not have been previously removed or banned from using our Services.

2. Account Creation and Security

You must create an account to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use Yellow Star Connect only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Yellow Star Connect does not:

Conduct background checks on users.
Guarantee the compatibility or intentions of other users.

Prohibited Activities:

Impersonating another person or entity.

Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users.

Uploading harmful, obscene, or illegal content.

Soliciting commercial transactions outside the intended purpose of the App.

4. Content

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, such as photos, bios, or messages ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Yellow Star Connect a worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

App Content

Yellow Star Connect owns all rights to the App’s design, trademarks, and functionality.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior consent.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Yellow Star Connect may offer both free and paid subscription plans. Yellow Star Connect can not guarantee your rights to Free service forever and may ask you to upgrade to a Paid Plans. Yellow Star Connect also reserves the right to change Paid Plan Prices at any time.
Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.

7. Safety and Disclaimer

YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

We do not guarantee your safety and recommend following our SAFETY TIPS and practicing good judgment. Always take sensible precautions when communicating with or meeting new people. Messages received through the platform, including automated notifications, may come from users engaging in improper activities such as fraud, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior. While we strive to promote a positive and respectful user experience, we are not liable for the actions of any user on or off the platform. Exercise caution in all interactions, especially if you choose to communicate off the platform or meet in person.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Yellow Star Connect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.
Your interactions with other users are at your own risk.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of law of the State of Georgia.

11. Changes to Terms

Yellow Star Connect may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
